How to Set It Up
Enable Voice Call → Set Working Time → Receive Call → Auto Message → Track in Dashboard
Getting started doesn’t take much time.
Step 1: Enable Voice Calls
- Login to your TryowBOT Account
- Open your Dashboard
- Go to Settings
- Click on Voice Call
- Turn ON the “Enable Voice Call” option
Step 2: Set Working Time
- In the same Voice Call settings
- Go to Working Hours
- Set your business time (morning to evening)
- Example: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Save the settings
- During this time, incoming calls will be received
Step 3: Receive Incoming Calls
- Your API will now receive incoming calls from clients only
- Outgoing calls are not available
- When a client calls, you can answer and speak in real time
- Missed (unanswered) calls can be tracked and an automatic message will be sent
