Introduction

TryowBOT ("we," "our," or "us") operates the TryowBOT - Google Business Review Management platform (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our multi-tenant SaaS platform for Google Business Profile review management.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Information We Collect

A. Account & Billing Information

When you register for an account, we collect personal and business information, including:

  • Name, business email address, phone number, and business name.
  • Payment and billing information (processed securely through our third-party payment processor).

B. Google Account & Business Profile Data (Google API Data)

To provide review management features, our Service integrates with Google APIs (specifically Google Business Profile APIs). When you connect your Google Account, we access:

  • Account & Location Information: Google Business Profile account IDs, location IDs, business addresses, and primary category data.
  • Review Data: Customer review ratings, review text, author display names, profile photo URLs, review dates, and owner response text.
  • OAuth Credentials: Access tokens and Refresh tokens provided by Google to maintain authorized API connectivity.

C. Usage & Technical Data

We automatically collect standard server log details, browser types, IP addresses, and interaction metrics to ensure application reliability and security.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data strictly to operate, maintain, and improve our Service:

  • To sync, display, and organize customer reviews from your Google Business Profiles inside your SaaS dashboard.
  • To draft, submit, and manage owner replies to Google reviews on your behalf via official Google APIs.
  • To send real-time notifications or alerts regarding new customer reviews.
  • To authenticate user access and manage multi-tenant access controls.

3. Use and Disclosure of Google User Data

Our Service’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Specifically:

  • No Advertising: We do NOT use, transfer, or sell your Google API data or review content to serve advertisements (including retargeting, personalized, or interest-based ads).
  • No Sale of Data: We do NOT sell Google User Data or review records to data brokers, third parties, or marketing databases.
  • Human Data Access Restrictions: We do NOT allow human employees, contractor staff, or external parties to read your Google API user data, except:
    • 1. When explicitly authorized by you for technical troubleshooting or user support.
    • 2. To satisfy applicable legal obligations or security investigations.
    • 3. Where data is fully aggregated and anonymized for internal system performance analysis.
  • To authenticate user access and manage multi-tenant access controls.

4. Data Sharing and Multi-Tenant Isolation

  • Strict Tenant Isolation: Our architecture ensures that your Google Business Profile data and OAuth tokens are logically isolated in secure database schemas. No other tenant can view or access your reviews or account data.
  • Third-Party Service Providers: We share data only with infrastructure providers (e.g., cloud database hosting, error logging) that support our application operations under strict confidentiality agreements.
  • Google Platform: Review replies submitted within our platform are sent directly to Google Business Profile APIs to publish publicly on your Google Maps/Search listings.

5. Storage, Retention, and Security

  • Token Encryption: All OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption.
  • Data Retention: We retain synced reviews and local cache data only for as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide the Service. Google Business Profile cached data strictly follows Google's data retention policies.
  • Disassociation & Token Revocation: You may disconnect your Google Account at any time inside your dashboard settings or directly via your Google Account Permissions page. Upon disconnect, OAuth tokens are immediately revoked and deleted from active database records.

6. Your Data Rights

Depending on your location, you have rights to access, amend, download, or delete your personal data. You may delete your account and associated cached profiles by contacting support at tryowbot@gmail.com or +91 90435 26688.
