Introduction

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the TryowBOT multi-tenant Google Review Management application (the "Service") operated by TryowBOT (A Unit of Eron Techno Solutions Private Limited) ("us," "we," or "our").

By signing up for an account, connecting your Google Business Profile, or accessing the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

TryowBOT provides a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform designed to allow business owners, agencies, and account managers to monitor, organize, analyze, and reply to customer reviews published on Google Business Profiles via official Google APIs.

2. User Accounts & Responsibilities

• 1. Account Registration: You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• 2. Authority: You represent and warrant that you own or have received explicit authorization from the legitimate business owner to connect and manage any Google Business Profiles imported into your tenant account.
• 3. Account Security: You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach involving your account.

3. Compliance with Google Policies

Our Service interacts directly with Google APIs. Your use of our Service is contingent upon your ongoing compliance with Google’s rules and terms:

• Google Terms: You agree to abide by the Google Terms of Service and Google Business Profile Policies
• Authorized Review Replies: All review responses submitted through TryowBOT must comply with Google's Prohibited and Restricted Content policies.
• No Automated Spam or Manipulation: You agree not to use automated scripts, bots, or prohibited practices to generate fake reviews, automated deceptive responses, or manipulate local search rankings through our Service.

4. Integration & Service Availability

• 1. Third-Party API Dependency: The functionality of the Service relies on the continued availability and rate-limits of Google APIs. We are not liable for service interruptions, API scope deprecations, or quota limitations caused by changes to Google’s API platform.
• 2. API Access Disconnections: You can disassociate your Google Account from our Service at any time. Disconnecting your account will halt review synchronization and response features.

5. Multi-Tenant Usage & Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

• Attempt to bypass multi-tenant isolation measures or access data belonging to other tenants.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service.
• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious activities.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without an explicit enterprise white-label agreement with us.

6. Subscription Fees & Payments

• Billing: Access to paid features is provided on a subscription basis (monthly or annually). Payment is billed in advance.
• Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will remain active until the end of the paid billing cycle.
• Refunds: Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or as expressly stated in our Refund Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Eron Techno Solutions Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of business reputation, lost profits, or service disruptions arising from Google Business Profile account suspensions or API outages.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms, misuse the Google Business Profile API, or engage in abusive platform behavior.
