Refund & Cancellation Policy

This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product/service that you have purchased through the Platform. Under this policy:

Cancellations

Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 3 days of placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the order has already been communicated to the seller/merchant listed on the Platform and the shipping process has been initiated, or the product is out for delivery.

In such cases, you may choose to reject the product at the time of delivery.

Non-Cancellable Items

9043526688 does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items such as flowers, eatables, etc. However, a refund or replacement may be provided if the user establishes that the delivered product is of poor quality.

Damaged or Defective Items

In case you receive damaged or defective items, please report the issue to our customer service team. The request will be processed once the seller/merchant listed on the Platform has verified the issue.

Such issues must be reported within 3 days of receiving the product.

Product Not as Expected

If you believe that the product received is not as shown on the website or does not meet your expectations, you must notify our customer service team within 3 days of delivery.

The customer service team will review your complaint and take an appropriate decision.

Warranty Claims

For products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly regarding any complaints or issues.

Refund Processing

In case any refund is approved by TryowBOT Admin, it will be processed within 7 days.
