Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy is part of TryowBOT’s Terms of Service and governs all subscriptions, payments, cancellations, promotions, and billing activities associated with TryowBOT.

By creating an account or subscribing to any paid plan, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy in full.

No Refund Policy

All subscription payments made to TryowBOT are final and non-refundable.

This applies to all subscription plans, including but not limited to:

• Monthly plans
• Annual plans
• Enterprise plans
• Discounted or promotional plans
• Campaign-based pricing
• Special or limited-time offers

Refunds will not be issued for reasons including, but not limited to:

• The customer not using the platform after subscribing
• Failure to cancel before the renewal date
• Internal teams not utilizing the service
• Change in business decisions or strategy
• Budgetary or financial constraints
• Misunderstanding due to failure to review documentation or policies
• General dissatisfaction not related to a proven and verifiable platform malfunction

Subscriptions are billed in exchange for platform access, infrastructure provisioning, licensing, secured technology access, onboarding resources, and support availability. Billing is not based on usage volume.

WhatsApp Ban and Meta Compliance Responsibility

TryowBOT is an Official Meta Technology Partner and operates exclusively using the official WhatsApp Business API.

Meta independently governs compliance enforcement. A WhatsApp account may be banned, blocked, limited, or restricted based on Meta’s internal compliance systems or regulatory requirements.

Common reasons include, but are not limited to:

• Violation of WhatsApp Business Policy
• Violation of WhatsApp Commerce Policy
• Sending unsolicited communications
• Messaging related to restricted or prohibited activities
• Violation of applicable laws

TryowBOT has no control over Meta enforcement decisions and cannot reverse, prevent, or influence bans imposed by Meta.

In such cases:

• TryowBOT is not responsible or liable for any Meta-imposed ban
• No refunds or credits will be issued
• Compliance with WhatsApp and Meta policies is the sole responsibility of the customer

Account Suspension or Termination

TryowBOT reserves the right to suspend or terminate access, without refund, if:

• A user violates the Terms of Service
• A user engages in illegal, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful activity
• A user violates WhatsApp or Meta policies
• A user attempts to compromise platform security or misuse system resources
